During this special evening, moderator Therese Albrechtson will guide the audience through a fascinating conversation exploring the lives and careers of Joel and Henrik Lundqvist.

Joel Lundqvist is an icon in Swedish hockey, with a 23-year elite-level career. He played 20 seasons with Frölunda HC, including 14 years as team captain, leading the club to 4 Swedish Championships and 4 CHL titles. On the international stage, he represented Tre Kronor in 146 games, earning 3 World Championship golds and 2 bronzes, establishing himself as a natural leader both in his club and on the national team.

Henrik Lundqvist is one of the most accomplished goaltenders of all time. After his early years with Frölunda, where he won 2 Swedish Championships, he became a legendary figure with the New York Rangers, playing 15 seasons in the NHL. In 2012, he won the Vezina Trophy as the league’s top goalie, and in 2022, the Rangers retired his iconic #30 jersey – an honor granted to only a select few. Henrik was also a key figure in Sweden’s international success, helping secure Olympic gold in 2006 and World Championship gold in 2017.
