This time, you will meet Elaine De Souza, who will lead a Longevity Flow – Roll & Stretch class focused on releasing tension, strengthening the joints, and increasing circulation throughout the body. Through simple, repetitive movements, we gently and effectively work through the body’s most important joints — three key elements that contribute to improved mobility and long-term well-being.

The class is suitable for everyone and ends with a deep relaxation, allowing the body to fully unwind and recover.

After the class, our popular BLU BRUNCH awaits — a flavorful experience featuring classics, international influences, and the perfect balance of sweet and savory 🫐🥞
