Together with Hagabadet, we are once again introducing our unique yoga experience, offering the exclusive opportunity to practice yoga in an open environment on an indoor terrace with top-quality instructors. This spring, we will continue to vary the classes with different instructors and themes. Everything from Pilates to Hatha Flow and much more!
Welcome to the first session of the spring, on February 23rd with Rebecca Vergara. Rebecca is a passionate and experienced yoga teacher with a background in dance. She will guide you through gentle flows and strengthening poses. Hatha Flow offers a dynamic yoga class where classic yoga poses are linked together in a wonderful flow, with both the breath and the music guiding you. The combination of traditional Hatha yoga with soft flows strengthens the body and improves its natural range of motion. The practice also aims to reduce stress by creating a space for movement, mindfulness, and calm, and can be tailored to individual needs and experience.
Afterward, enjoy our popular and delicious BLU BRUNCH, featuring a wide variety of flavors, classics, influences from different countries, and the perfect blend of sweet and savory.
Yoga from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, followed by brunch from 12:30 PM.
