On September 20th, together with Hagabadet, we invite you to another wonderful yoga experience 🧘‍♀️

This autumn, you’ll meet Josefin Krûger, who will guide you through a calming and balancing Yinflow class suitable for all levels. The class combines soft, dynamic flows with deep yin poses, moving in rhythm with the breath to gently warm up the body. We then settle into longer stretching positions that promote mobility, relaxation, and mindfulness — a harmonious blend of movement and stillness.

Josefin will guide you through a class designed to create space for both recovery and deeper body awareness, where each participant is encouraged to find their own pace and sense of calm.

After the class, our popular BLU BRUNCH awaits — a flavorful experience featuring classics, international influences, and the perfect balance of sweet and savory 🫐🥞
