We start by replenishing the body with nourishing breaths and movements. A harmonious and joyful flow with ingredients of recovery, growth, and self-awareness. Afterwards, you get to enjoy the popular and delicious BLU BRUNCH that contains various flavours and the best mix of sweet and salt.

Greta works as a holistic therapist specializing in yoga, massage treatments and sound therapy. She has been teaching and training since 2012, with Gothenburg as her base, traveling and sharing her expertise worldwide. She intertwines various health methods and rituals rooted in diverse concepts—medical, historical, and spiritual. With a passion for well-being, my goal is to create a space where each person can explore, discover, and embody a deeper and more authentic relationship with themselves.


21 of April – Magnus Ringberg
Marcus has extensive experience in group and individual training, both in Sweden and internationally. He has previously worked at Hagabadet as a physiotherapist, coach, and instructor. His aim is to support physical activity that is connected to presence, meaningful movements, and sustainable habits. He has worked as a research assistant and PhD student in physiotherapy, focusing on return to sports after knee injury.
